Olav Thon Eiendom AS has today signed a final agreement with the owners of
Anthon Eiendom AS for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the company.

In March, Olav Thon Eiendom AS entered into a letter of intent with Anthon B
Nilsen AS and Balder Fastigheter Norge AS to acquire 100 % of the shares in
Anthon Eiendom AS.

Anthon Eiendom AS is a real estate group with 16 properties totalling
approximately 150,000 square metres in the Oslo area. The portfolio spans
several property segments, with the landmark Anthon B Nilsen building by
Rådhusplassen and Akershus Fortress as its largest asset.

Completion of the transaction is expected to take place on 1 July 2026, subject
to approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
