Magnora Data Center ASA: Mandatory notification of trade in connection with Private Placement

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published today on 3 June
2026, where Magnora Data Center ASA (the "Company" with OSE ticker: "MDATA")
announced that a share incentive programme was approved by the Company’s general
meeting.

In connection with the share incentive programme the following primary insiders
have today purchased shares or warrants in the Company:
• Executive chairman Erik Sneve has purchased 2,500,000 shares in the Company
• Board member Wan Suen Lam has purchased 115,385 shares in the Company
• Board member Adele Bugge Norman Pran has purchased 115,385 shares in the
Company
• Board member Lars Schedin has purchased 115,384 warrants in the Company
• Board member Lars-Erik Sjöberg has purchased 115,384 warrants in the Company
• CEO Morten Strømgren has purchased 223,077 shares in the Company
• CFO Bård Olsen has purchased 223,077 shares in the Company
