Publication of 2025 Annual Report

The Kingfish Company N.V. announces that the publication of its 2025 Annual
Report will be further delayed and is now expected on or around 25 June 2026.
The delay is due to practical matters in the finalisation and review process of
the annual report and related financial statements. The Company confirms that
the delay is not the result of any disagreement with its auditors.

The Company will update the market should there be any further change to the
expected publication date.
