ISIN NO0011142036 Kistos Energy (Norway) AS senior secured USD 225,000,000 bonds
2021/2027

(together, the "Bonds").

Reference is made to the release made by Kistos Energy (Norway) AS (the
"Issuer") on May 13, 2026, where all bondholders were informed that the Issuer
had not published the Annual Financial Statements for the financial year ending
31 December 2025 (the "Financial Statements") within the deadline of 1 May 2026,
as stipulated by Clause 12.1 (Financial Reports) of the bond terms for the
Bonds.

The Issuer notes that it has successfully priced a USD 300,000,000 issue of
senior secured bonds at par, and that such bonds have already settled. Delivery
of the Financial Statements is expected to occur imminently and in any event
before June 30th.
