Athens, Greece, 1 June 2026: Capital Maritime & Trading Corp., a close
associate of Gerasimos (Jerry) Kalogiratos, CEO and primary insider in Capital
Tankers Corp., has purchased shares as further set out in the attached
notification of transaction.
