As announced in the stock exchange release on 21 May 2026, Telenor entered into
an agreement with DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA (“DNB Carnegie”), to
conduct buyback of Telenor shares to be used in the company’s share programmes
for employees in Telenor Group and executive compensation element in 2026.
DNB Carnegie was mandated to acquire shares for up to NOK 55.000.000 between 26
and 29 May 2026.
The share purchase has now been executed.
