As part of TOMRA's share based remuneration program and share purchase program
for employees, TOMRA has today sold a total of 304,540 treasury shares to
employees at a price equal to the market closing price on 28 May, i.e. NOK 99.2.
After these transactions TOMRA holds 339,778 treasury shares.
Employees who keep their purchased shares for one year receive one share per
five shares invested.
In connection with the program, the following PDMR transactions have been made:
