Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 15 May 2026 regarding the
notice of the annual general meeting in Nordic Technology Group AS (the
"Company").

The general meeting was held 29 May 2026 and all resolutions proposed by the
Board of Directors, as set out in the notice, were unanimously approved. The
minutes from the meeting and the 2025 annual report including the CEO message
are attached and will also be made available on the Company's website
