Okechamp Global B.V. announces that the publication date of its annual financial
statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 has been revised.
The annual financial statements will now be published on 30 June 2026, revised
from the previously communicated date of 29 May 2026.
The revision is due to the still ongoing statutory audit of Okechamp S.A. and
the group audit of Okechamp Global B.V.
