In the stock exchange announcement published on 28 May 2026, it was stated that
all items on the agenda were adopted with the required majority. This was not
correct. Item 9 on the agenda - the proposal to grant the Board of Directors an
authorisation to increase the share capital - did not obtain the required
majority and was therefore not adopted. All other items were adopted as
previously reported.

The minutes of the general meeting are attached to this announcement and can be
found on the Company's website.
