Reference is made to the announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (“Ensurge” or
the “Company”) on 26 May 2026 regarding the resignation of Alexander Munch Thore
as Chair of the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors has today resolved to appoint Board member Morten Opstad
as temporary Chair of the Board of Directors of the Company. The Nomination
Committee will be tasked with identifying a permanent Chair, and a further
announcement will be made in due course.
