JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.("JPMAM") has a notifiable interest in
the share capital of Kitron ASA as a result of trades by its subsidiary JPMorgan
Asset Management (UK) Limited. The total number of shares held by JPMAM on 21
May 2026 was 12,380,619 being 5.5.661% of the issued share capital and voting
rights of the company. The holding in JPMAM crossed a notification threshold of
5% on 21 May 2026.
