Constellation First Day of Trading on Euronext Oslo Børs

Luxembourg, 26 May 2026 - Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
(“Constellation” or the “Company”) (ticker: COSH; ISIN: NO0013597419) announces
that its depositary receipts (the “Securities”) began trading today on Euronext
Oslo Børs, the main regulated market in Norway, following a successful transfer
from Euronext Growth Oslo, as previously announced on 21 May 2026. This
uplisting represents a significant milestone in the Company’s journey as a
publicly traded company and reinforces its commitment to the highest standards
of corporate governance, transparency and shareholder value creation.

Rodrigo Ribeiro, the Chief Executive Officer of Constellation said: “When we
listed on Euronext Growth Oslo in March 2025, we committed to increasing

Constellation has chosen Norway as its Home Member State pursuant to Directive
