Reference is made to the notice of the Annual General Meeting in Ace Digital
AS (the "Company"), published on 14 May 2026, regarding the Annual General
Meeting to be held on 29 May 2026 at 12:00 hours (CEST), in which it was
stated that the final meeting venue in Oslo would be announced at a later
stage.
