Purchase of own shares for the employee Bonus and Share Savings Programmes

Today, 20 May 2026, Bakkafrost purchased 100,000 shares in the Company. The
shares were purchased in the market at an average price of NOK 468.3583 per
share.
The shares will be held as treasury shares and used in connection with
Bakkafrost's employee Bonus Programme and Share Savings Programme.
Following completion and settlement of the share purchase, Bakkafrost will hold
a total of 167,005 own shares.
Bakkafrost has no plans to purchase additional own shares in the near term.
