Skudeneshavn, 16 May 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
made by Solstad Offshore ASA on 7 May 2026 regarding key information relating to
the Q1 2026 cash dividend. This announcement updates and replaces previous
announcement. The key information regarding the dividend distribution is as
follows:

· Dividend amount: USD 0.1 per share
· Declared currency: USD (please note that the dividend will be paid out in
NOK)
· Last day of trading in the Solstad Offshore ASA share inclusive of the right
to receive the dividend: 19 May 2026
