Kjetil Westeng, a former board member, has exercised 425,000 options at NOK
0.4618 per share for a total cash contribution of NOK 196,265 to Lokotech Group
AS.
The exercised options represent 425,000 of the 850,000 “repair options” granted
to Kjetil Westeng on 24 June 2025 in accordance with the company’s share option
program. The company will issue a new notice once the share capital increase has
been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Article
