ACED: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

Ace Digital AS (Euronext Growth Oslo: ACED) hereby gives notice of its Annual
General Meeting to be held on 29 May 2026 at 12:00 CEST in Oslo.

The final venue will be announced through the Oslo Stock Exchange news service
and published on acedigital.no no later than 26 May 2026.

The agenda includes approval of the annual accounts and Board's report for the
financial year 2025, approval of auditor's fees, and remuneration of the Board
of Directors.

The full notice with agenda, attendance form and proxy form is attached.

Shareholders wishing to attend are requested to register by 22 May 2026 at
12:00 CEST.
