Victory Partners VIII Limited, a company controlled by ABRY Partners VIII
(Cayman AIV), L.P. (the “Seller” or “Abry Partners”), has today sold 40,540,774
shares in LINK Mobility Holding Group ASA (the “Company”), representing approx.
13.3% of the share capital and votes in the Company at a price per share of NOK
26.75 for a total transaction size of NOK 1,084 million (the “Transaction”).
Following completion of the Transaction, the Seller holds no shares in the
Company.
ABG Sundal Collier ASA, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge and SB1 Markets AS acted
as joint bookrunners in connection with the Transaction.
The disclosures set out in this announcement are subject to the disclosure
requirement pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
