Magnora ASA: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Magnora ASA (the
"Company") published on 5 May 2026 regarding the successfully completed private
placement of a total of 8,200,000 shares in the Company at a subscription price
of NOK 29 per share (the "Private Placement"), comprising 6,578,182 new shares
(the "New Shares") and 1,621,818 treasury shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has
today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
Following registration, the Company's registered share capital is NOK
36,180,003.50, divided into 72,360,007 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.50.

Upon completion and delivery of the treasury shares in the Private Placement,
the Company will hold 104,623 treasury shares.
