IDEX Biometrics ASA Statement regarding Finansavisen article

With reference to the article published in Finansavisen on 5 May 2026, IDEX
Biometrics ASA (Oslo Børs: IDEX) wishes to make the following statement.

IDEX has commenced delivery of fingerprint sensors to ID Centric AS (IDC) in
accordance with the first PO that was submitted on 5 March 2026. All completed
deliveries to date have been fully prepaid by IDC. The company regards IDC as
both a customer and a strategic partner, and the negotiations for a long term
commercial agreement are progressing as planned.
