through the exercise of share options under the share option programme adopted
by the Annual General Meeting on 15 December 2025. A total of 265,260 shares
were subscribed for and allotted through the exercise of share options, in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the share programme.
As of today, there are a total of 231,643,441 shares and votes in Morrow Bank
