Corvus Estate AS acquires light industrial property in Oppdal

BEWI Invest (“the Company”), through Corvus Estate AS, has acquired a fully let
light industrial property in Oppdal.
The property comprises approximately 9,200 sqm of gross leasable area and is
fully leased to Elotec and Otretek. The leases have a weighted average unexpired
lease term (WAULT) of approximately 13.5 years and are structured as triple-net
bare house agreements.
The property is strategically located along the E6 highway and railway, offering
strong accessibility within an established industrial area.
“This acquisition is aligned with our strategy of building a dedicated real
estate platform within logistics and light industrial, with long leases and
solid tenants supporting stable cash flow,” says Ove Rød Henriksen, CFO of
Corvus Estate AS.
