CHANGE IN FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Otello Corporation ASA announces a change to its financial calendar: The annual
report scheduled to be made public on 30 April 2026 will now be made public on
12 May 2026. The reason for the change in date is due to challenges in getting a
new service provider onboarded as well as comprehensive discussions with the
Company’s auditor which has resulted in certain adjustments to, and which has
delayed the finalisation of, the annual financial statements. None of the
adjustments are expected to be material compared to the Q4 financial statements
previously reported.
