Axactor ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade by Primary Insider

Reference is made to the announcement published on 28 April 2026 by Axactor ASA
regarding the private placement of new shares in the Company. In the placement,
AWE Invest AS, a company closely associated with the chairperson Terje Mjøs, was
allocated 1,000,000 shares at an offer price of NOK 4.70. Including the
allocation, Terje Mjøs and companies closely associated with Terje Mjøs controls
1,750,000 shares in the company. This information is subject to the disclosure
requirements in Regulation EU 596/2014 article 19 number 3 and the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act section 5-12.
