Invitation to presentation of financial results for Q1 2026

In accordance with the financial calendar, Public Property Invest will release
financial results for Q1 2026 on Monday 4 May 2026 at 07:00 CET. The results
will be presented in a webcast, followed by a Q&A session on Monday 4 May 2026
at 10:00 CET.

submitted by sending an email to: IR@publicproperty.no. A recorded version of
the webcast will be available on the company's website shortly after the
