OBOS BBL – Successful tap issue

OBOS BBL has today issued NOK 600 million in the senior unsecured bond issue
with ISIN NO0013712547 and maturity date 3 February 2031. The issuance was done
at a price equivalent to an interest rate of 3-month Nibor + 1.38 % p.a. The
outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 1,600 million and the settlement
date is set to 28 April 2026.

DNB Carnegie acted as arranger for the transaction.
