The Zalaris ASA Annual Report for 2025 is attached in PDF and ESEF formats.

These documents will also be accessible on ir.zalaris.com.

The 2025 annual consolidated financial statements are unchanged from the
preliminary version published on 26 February 2026, except for a currency gain
reclassification. This resulted in total comprehensive income and total equity
each increasing by NOK 1.9m, while net profit after tax was reduced by NOK 6.7m,
and shifted NOK 9.1 million from operating cash flow to foreign exchange
differences in the cash flow statement. The cash balance as of 31 December 2025
is unaffected.
