Enclosed is the annual report 2025 for Aider Konsern AS.

In the final annual report, certain adjustments have been made compared to the
preliminary version (interim Q4 2025 report), mainly related to tax and some
other adjustments (primarily associated with the implementation of a new
consolidation system). The changes have not had a material impact on profit or
equity.

For information purposes: Profit before tax has changed from a loss of 98,766 to
104,028 (5.33%), profit after tax from -85,641 to 87,187 (1.81%), and equity
from 1,024,102 to 1,022,548 (-0.15%).
