Aider Konsern AS hereby announces changes to its Board of Directors.

Kristian Thaysen has stepped down from the Board of Directors, and Christina
Fahle has been appointed as a new member of the Board.

Following this change, the Board of Directors of Aider Konsern AS consists of:

Patricia Olsson
Christina Fahle
