REC Silicon ASA - Issuance of underwriting commission shares

Reference is made to previous announcements made by REC Silicon ASA (the
"Company") regarding the fully underwritten rights issue of 4,078,000,000 new
shares in the Company (the "Rights Issue"), including the announcement
regarding the final results of the Rights Issue made on 8 April 2026. As
described in the aforementioned announcement, a total of 113,000,457 new
shares in the Company (the "Underwriting Commission Shares") shall be issued
to the underwriter of the Rights Issue, Anchor AS, at the same subscription
price as in the Rights Issue (i.e. NOK 0.2385 per share), as settlement of the
underwriting fee that Anchor AS is entitled to.

The Underwriting Commission Shares have been resolved issued by the Board of
Directors of the Company, in accordance with the board authorization granted
by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 12 March 2026.
Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the
issuance of the Underwriting Commission Shares with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises, the Company's new share capital will be NOK
461,162,611.60 divided on 4,611,626,116 shares, each with a par value of NOK
0.10.

Advisors:
Arctic Securities AS acted as manager and bookrunner in connection with the
Rights Issue. Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS acted as legal advisor to the Company
in connection with the Rights Issue.
