Rana Gruber ASA — Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

Following completion of the compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in
Rana Gruber ASA (the “Company”) by Drakkar BidCo AS as announced on 17 April
2026, an extraordinary general meeting in the Company was held on 17 April 2026
at which, among other things, the general meeting resolved to apply for a
delisting of the Company’s shares from Euronext Oslo Børs.
