Euronext Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of BEWI Invest ASA to
trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
satisfies the admission requirements for Euronext Oslo Børs. If the Company is
not satisfying the requirements for Euronext Oslo Børs, the Company is admitted
to trading on Euronext Expand, provided that the admission requirements for
Euronext Expand are satisfied.

The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than
the 15 July 2026.
