Diversified Energy Company (NYSE: DEC, LSE: DEC) has released its consolidated
financial statements as of and for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024
(the “Financial Statements””), which were prepared in accordance with
International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by the International
Accounting Standards Board. The Financial Statements are attached to this notice
