The annual general meeting of Nordic Aqua Partners AS ("NOAP") will be held on
7 May 2026 at 09:00 hours (CEST) as a virtual meeting.

The notice of the annual general meeting is attached to this release. The
notice will be sent to all shareholders with a known address.
