Solstad Offshore ASA - Contract extension for Normand Fortress

Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF") has entered into an agreement for a two year
extension of the current contract, with Petrobras for the CSV Normand Fortress,
a vessel owned by Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA").

The contract extension is expected to commence in early July 2026. Under the
contract, the vessel will provide accommodation services to support production
activities on the Brazilian continental shelf.

The gross contract value of the contract extension is approximately USD 56
million.

The vessel will be on bareboat contract from SOMA to SOFF, which is the contract
holder with Petrobras.

Solstad Offshore ASA holds 27.3% of the shares in Solstad Maritime ASA.
