Omda delivered its best year ever in 2025

Oslo, Norway, 10 April 2026: Today, Omda AS (“Omda”), the leading Nordic
provider of software solutions for specialised healthcare and emergency
services, published its Annual Report for 2025.
Omda reported revenues of NOK 496 million for the year and an EBITDA of NOK 117
million, reflecting strong operational performance and continued margin
expansion.
Omda CEO Sverre Flatby comments:
“2025 was a record year for Omda, underpinned by strong predictability,
profitability, and scalability. Our combination of profitable organic growth and
targeted acquisitions continues to strengthen our market position and supports
our long-term value creation strategy.”
Omda is a Nordic leader within its niches and continues to expand
internationally, further diversifying its revenue base.
Flatby is optimistic about 2026:
“We expect revenues of NOK 500–525 million, with an additional 10–20% growth
from acquisitions. The company anticipates an EBITDA margin of 28–32% in 2026,
with further margin expansion over time driven by increased utilisation of AI
tools and continued operational leverage.”
Highlights from the report:
- Total income NOK 496 million vs NOK 429 million in 2024
- 16% reported growth, exceeding company guidance
- EBITDA margin increased to 24% vs 10% in 2024
- Recurring software revenue increased to NOK 383 million, supporting strong
revenue visibility
- Continued expansion across core value chains
- AI-assisted development implemented across business areas, expected to improve
efficiency and reduce time-to-market
