Lime Petroleum Holding AS (the “Company”) refers to the Extraordinary General
Meeting held today, at which a new Board of Directors was elected.

The elected Board of Directors of the Company consists of the following members:

Kristen Jakobsen (Chair)
Aage Figenschou (Board Member)
Christopher Atkinson (Board Member)
Knud Nørve (Board Member)

The new Board is effective as of today.
