EAM Solar AS: Amendments to the Financial Calendar for 2026

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 12 December 2025 concerning
EAM Solar AS’ ("EAM" or the "Company") financial calendar.

EAM has made the following changes to its financial calendar:

The revised reporting date for Q1 2026 will be 15 April 2026.
The revised date for publication of the 2025 Annual Report will be 28 May 2026.
The revised date for the Annual General Meeting will be 17 June 2026.
