NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a rail contract in Finland - EUR 10.7 million

The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency has appointed NRC Group Finland, a
company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for track renewal on the
railway connection between Kouvola and Luumäki in Southeast Finland.

The contract is valued at approximately EUR 10.7 million. The project involves
24.5 kilometres of track renewal, including renewal of the superstructure and
parts of the substructure, ground frost protection, catenary and signalling
work.

The work will commence in April 2026 and is scheduled for completion in
October 2026.

Closing date for submission of complaints is 14 days from today, and formal
contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
