Solstad Maritime ASA - Contract extension for CSV "Normand Energy"

Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a contract extension for
the CSV Normand Energy.

The parties have agreed a firm extension period of eight months, commencing 1
April 2026 and ending 30 November 2026, in direct continuation of the current
contract, with further extension options.

The extension ensures continued employment for Normand Energy and bridges the
period until a future long-term commitment commencing in Q1 2027.

The commercial terms and conditions are confidential between the parties.
