Sentia awarded Fageråshjemmet in Bergen

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has been awarded a design and build contract
by Bergen Municipality for the Fageråshjemmet project.

The project comprises a new nursing home of approximately 15,500 sqm, to be
constructed at Adolf Bergs vei on the site of the existing Slettemarken
nursing home. The contract value is NOK 560 million.

Construction is scheduled to commence in Q2 2026, with completion in Q2 2030.
