Oslo, 31 March 2026 -- Reference is made to Xplora Technologies AS' ("Xplora"
or the "Company") stock exchange announcement published on 25 March 2026
regarding the issue of new shares following the exercise of share options in
the Company.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 117,611 new shares in
the Company has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
The new share capital of the Company is NOK 191,418.492, divided into
47,854,623 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.004. Each share carries one
vote.
Following registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (VPS), the new shares will be delivered and listed on Euronext
Growth Oslo.
