Tieto has today cancelled1390 000treasury shares in line with the decision on
the share buyback programme, announced on 12 February 2026. The purpose of the
share buyback programme of EUR 150 million is to maintain an efficient capital
structure of the company in line with the company's capital allocation
principles. The company will cancel the repurchased shares on a monthly basis.
The cancellation reduces the total number of shares and votes to 117250 150.
The cancellation of the shares was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on
31 March 2026, after which the company holds a total of 656693 treasury shares,
including the shares repurchased on 30 March 2026.
