OCI Global Completes Sale of OCI Ammonia Holding to AGROFERT

AMSTERDAM, 31 March 2026: OCI Global (Euronext: OCI) today announced the successful completion of the sale of 100% of its equity interests in OCI Ammonia Holding B.V. (“OCI AH”) to AGROFERT, a.s. (“AGROFERT”), a significant European nitrogen products manufacturer, (the “Transaction”).

The Transaction was valued at EUR 290 million. Net proceeds will be subject to customary closing adjustments. OCI AH owns both OCI Terminal Europoort B.V. (OTE) – OCI’s ammonia import and storage terminal in Rotterdam – and OCI Ammonia Distribution B.V. (OAD). OCI Nitrogen (OCIN) – OCI’s production facility in Geleen – will continue to have access to OTE via a throughput agreement, ensuring ammonia sourcing flexibility.
