Sandnes, Norway, 30 March 2026: Deputy employee representative to the Board,
Kjersti Elen Aanderaa in Vår Energi has sold 8 200 shares in the company at a
price of NOK 47.88 per share. The transaction was performed on 20 March 2026.
Following the transaction, Kjersti Elen Aanderaa holds a total of 3 743 shares
in Vår Energi ASA.
