Vår Energi ASA: Correction: Notification of trade by primary insider

Sandnes, Norway, 30 March 2026: Vår Energi ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) refers
to the stock exchange announcements published on 19 March 2026 and 23 March 2026
regarding the reported sales of 4 348 and 3 352 shares, respectively, in the
Company by Deputy Employee Representative to the Board, Finn Volrat Pettersen.

The Company has become aware that, due to an error, the transactions were
incorrectly reported as sales and should have been reported as purchases.
Further details are provided in the attached MAR notification.

Following these purchases, Finn Volrat Pettersen holds a total of 28 527 shares
in Vår Energi ASA.
