Cambridge (UK), 30 March 2026 (18.00 CEST): On 10 December 2024, Hybrid Software Group PLC announced the start of its share repurchase programme, for a total amount of €1 million. Hybrid Software Group PLC announces today that during the period from 23 March 2026 to 27 March 2026, Kepler Cheuvreux SA on behalf of Hybrid Software Group PLC has bought 4,191 shares.

On 27 March 2026 after closing of the market, Hybrid Software Group PLC holds 222,130 own shares, or 0.67% of the total number of the outstanding shares.
