Successful issuance of new senior unsecured NOK green bond

Bane NOR Eiendom AS has today successfully issued NOK 450 million in a new
senior unsecured green bond issue with a tenor of 7 years. The bond issue has a
coupon of 5.38% and the settlement date will be 13 April 2026.

An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Nordic ABM.
The proceeds from the green bond issuance will be used for eligible projects as
further defined and described by the Green Finance Framework dated March 2024.
Danske Bank acted as Sole Bookrunner for the bond issuance.
