Awilco LNG ASA: Major Shareholding Notifications

Oslo, 30 March 2026: Reference is made to the stock announcements published by
Awilco LNG ASA ("Awilco") on 6 March 2026 regarding a private placement of new
shares (the "Private Placement") and 30 March 2026 regarding EGM approval
thereof.

Following issuance and registration of the shares in the Private Placement,
Trust #101, u/a/d May 22 1990 holds 14,867,692 shares (approx. 7.08% of the
shares and votes) in Awilco, while HF Fund LP holds 29,735,384 shares (approx.
14.17% of the shares and votes) in Awilco. Combined, they hold 44,603,076 shares
(approx. 21.25% of the shares and votes) in Awilco. Neither entity held any
shares in Awilco prior to the Private Placement.
